Description
Formulated for the demands of commercial kitchens and hospitality environments, this buffered alkaline pre-soak cuts through dried-on food soils and restores silverware to a brilliant, tarnish-free shine with no heavy scrubbing required.
How to Use:
FOR PRESOAK: Dissolve 1 oz. of product per gallon of hot water (110° – 120°F). Dissolve completely before adding tableware to the solution. Soak at least 5 minutes and wash in usual manner.
FOR DETARNISHING: Dissolve 1 oz. of product per gallon of hot water (110° – 120°F). Dissolve completely. Submerge aluminum bar or foil in bottom of pan or sink before adding tableware. Allow to soak for 5 minutes. Remove and wash in a normal manner either by hand or in dishwashing machine.
