Maxim Fresh Fryer

This aggressive, super-concentrated powder formula cuts through heavy grease and baked-on food with ease. Effective in all water conditions, it rinses easily for efficient, thorough cleaning.

Drain shortening from fryer. Brush loose crumbs or cracklings to bottom of fryer. Rinse loose particles out of fryer. Fill with cold water, add 4 – 8 oz. of this product per gallon of water, and bring to boil for 5 – 15 minutes. Drain slowly, brushing sides as you drain. Rinse well with vinegar and fresh water (4 oz. vinegar to 1 gallon of water).
NOTE: Always start with cool water and increase temperatures as necessary.
