Maxim Deep Scrub Floor Cleaner

A heavy-duty floor cleaner that tackles even the toughest dirt and grime. Ideal for periodic scrub and recoat applications to keep floors looking fresh and well-maintained.

Dust mop or sweep the area to remove heavy soil and debris. For daily damp mopping, use 1 to 2 ounces of product per gallon of water in an auto scrubber with a red pad, or 2 to 3 ounces per gallon in a mop bucket. When using an auto scrubber for general cleaning, mix 1 ounce per gallon and clean with a red pad prior to burnishing. For top scrub and recoat, use 8 ounces per gallon in an auto scrubber with a blue or green pad, or 8 ounces per gallon in a mop bucket for manual application. Apply the solution liberally, scrub with a 175 to 300 RPM machine using a blue or green pad, vacuum up the solution, and rinse thoroughly with a wet mop and clean water to remove residue. Renew the floor by applying 2 to 3 coats of floor finish.
