Maxim Hardcoat

A durable sealer designed to protect concrete, terrazzo, and other stone surfaces. Offers excellent resistance to chemicals, including grease, oil, and gasoline. Ideal for long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

Apply the product using a microfiber applicator or finish mop, spreading each coat evenly and in thin layers. On unsealed surfaces, apply one to two coats depending on porosity and desired gloss, allowing 30 to 45 minutes between coats and ensuring the first coat is fully dry before applying the second. Let the final coat dry for six to eight hours before exposing the floor to heavy traffic, and reduce the product 1:1 with water when applying on slate, polished concrete, or quarry floors.
