Description
A floor sealer designed to create a strong, uniform base on worn VCT, linoleum, and tile. Enhances finish adhesion and improves appearance while extending the life of the floor system. Ideal for preparing older floors for a smooth, professional finish.
How to Use:
Apply one to two thin coats of Maxim® Floor Sealer using a finish applicator or mop. Allow to dry 30-45 minutes between coats. Completely dry before applying next coat. Once sealed, apply three to five coats of a recommended Maxim® floor finish to achieve the desired appearance.
